Book your calendar for 13th edition of Night of Museums, to be held on May 21st 2016. During one single night 68 locations in Belgrade and 45 towns in Serbia will bring together more than 270 cultural institutions – museums, galleries and exhibition spaces with a total of 419 events.
This year's Night of Museums will tackle its infamous heritage with a number of interesting programs created to entertain, educate and cheer up the audience. As in previous years, Night of Museums will open doors of some new spaces and unknown venues and tell stories about people, events and architecture of our city.
For years now, the Night of Museums is the most visited cultural event, which deals with museums and cultural heritage in a very interesting way. This is unique cultural spectacle held in more than 120 cities around the world, including Belgrade which joined in 2005.

The biggest regional festival of creativity and innovations, Mikser Festival presents its 8th edition in Savamala from June 8 to 12 in Mikser House. This year's festival takes place at more than 40 locations and with more than 1000 participants.
Festival is being held under the motto "Sensitive Society", and it presents topics such as gender equality and women's creativity, social equality, open dialog, multiculturalism and efficient conflict resolution.
Female creativity and equality between female and male principles, which distinct by the character but have equal value is one of the topics which will be in the center of the festival's attention. Numerous exhibitions, presentations, debates, performances, films presenting visionary ideas of female authors, especially in the fields of architecture and design, which have significantly improved our everyday life, but have remained insufficiently known or completely unknown. Female creativity will be presented through films and music program, as well conversations about topics such as role of women in contemporary society and the obstacles they face in their everyday life.
Festival program is divided into several segments such as Mikser Talks, exhibitions, workshops, lectures, debates, performances, music, kids and youth programs, Mikser Cinema.
