Hotel "Crni vrh"- 1st tourist and sports complex on mountain Divcibare

Investment worth 7.8 million euros

 

The newly built hotel "Crni vrh" in Divcibare was opened last weekend. This first luxurious tourist and sports complex on the mountain Divcibare is an investment project of the famous Serbian basketball player and his family, Milos Teodosic.

The investment is worth 7.8 million euros, and at the moment the hotel employs 80 people.

Besides the investors, President of the Republic of Serbia Mr. Aleksandar Vucic and Minister of Trade, tourism, and telecommunications Mr. Rasim Ljajic attended the ceremonial opening of the hotel.  

At 980 meters above sea level, the four-stars hotel “Crni vrh” is built on three levels with 111 rooms and luxurious wellness and spa center, indoor pool, bio sauna, steam bath, gym, whirlpool, bar, lounge bar, and a playroom for the children. Also, within a hotel there is a congress hall with 350 seat capacity.

Besides that, a modern sports hall is being built as a part of the complex, which is particularly important from the aspect of sports development and creating appropriate conditions for professional athletes. This hall is being constructed according to FIBA standards, and it is connected by a warm connection with the main building, and suitable for organizing competitions, domestic and international.

As announced, the hall will have five sports facilities for basketball, football, and other sports, and it is planned to be finished in 2020.
