When you want to escape from everyday life, take a peek into the prehistoric period and learn something new, the right choice is the Natural History Center in Svilajnac. Nature Center is a national scientific and educational institution aiming to promote science and scientific tourism through unique combination of science and education.
It covers an indoor area of 3,000 m2 and is consisted of four thematic exhibitions: "World of Dinosaurs", "Geological Time Machine", "The World of Minerals and Rocks", "Biodiversity of Serbia". In addition, there are specialized classrooms intended for scientific research, as well as a multimedia room with 3D technology. A special attraction is a scientific and entertainment Dino park, which is located outdoor and takes up to 15,000 m2. It has 20 different species of dinosaur replicas, one of which is the largest replica Diplodocus 11m high and 20m long.
In the central part of the park there is a model of volcano height of 10 meters, which is a replica of a volcano Saint Helena. Around the volcano there is a spacious green area with a miniature lake.
