Serbian food at UAE market in spring as a result of Gulfood exhibition

„Serbia – Flavours of pure nature“ was the slogan of the National Pavilion of Serbia at Gulfood 2020, held in Dubai (UAE) held 10-14 February 2020.

In the Trade Centre Arena & Sheikh Saeed Halls, and on a 108m² National stand, 14 companies from Serbia took part at this International food and beverages exhibition: MASTER FRUITS, PIK, SICOBERRY, Fabrika dečije hrane, GMP, MEDINO, MAMBIKO AGRAR, PIP, FRUVITA, COLD PRESSOK, TISA COOP, FRIGO VRELO, NATURA GUSTO, and REAL RED RASPBERRY.

Companies had a successful exhibition with intensive business meetings and negotiations. It is expected to export products and place the first samples in Mid East supermarkets within spring 2020.

During the Trade Fair companies had around 100 meetings with retailers from UAE, and the Chamber of Commerce od Dubai organized for them panel discussion about market potentials and possibilities for economic relations improvement between Serbia and UAE.

Gulfood is held every year in Dubai. It gathers leading producers of food from all over the world and represents the most important food industry trade show in the Mid East region.
