The "MENTOR AWARD 2024" recognition for the most successful mentors of Serbia was again awarded in two categories this year, for startups and mature enterprises. The best mentor in the startup category is Nataša Jovanović from the Regional Development Agency "Zlatibor", Užice, for her collaboration with the company "Medici" from Užice, while the best mentor in the mature enterprises category is Lila Nađ Fodor from the Regional Development Agency "PANONREG", Subotica, who became the laureate of this award for her mentoring with the company "Extraform" from Senta.

This year’s “Mentor Award 2024” competition featured eight mentors who had the opportunity to showcase the projects they worked on, the challenges they faced, and the solutions they implemented to address specific challenges. The exchange of these field experiences proved to be the best way to further improve the work of all mentors. The best mentors were chosen by their peers, based on data on sales growth, development, and innovative achievements in the enterprises they trained.

On behalf of the jury, consisting of Ana Žegarac, Dobrila Sudimac Mratinković, Ljiljana Marković, Shinichiro Kato, and Srđan Beljan, the awards were presented to the winners by last year's laureates Ljiljana Marković and Dobrila Sudimac Mratinković.
