Serbian companies showcased their products and innovations, while participation in one of the world's largest supply chain exhibitions created new opportunities for exports, partnerships, and investment.
BEIJING, June 26, 2026 – At the 4th China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE), held in Beijing, 11 Serbian companies and institutions from the food industry, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), logistics, transportation, high technology, artificial intelligence, and innovation sectors presented their products and services with the aim of boosting exports, strengthening the presence of Serbian products in the Chinese market, and establishing new business partnerships.
The Serbian national pavilion featured the Development Agency of Serbia (RAS), Expo 2027, Serbia Export, and a number of Serbian companies representing diverse industries.
Among the exhibitors were logistics companies Nelt, JUSDA, Danubia Holding – Dragon Maritime Group, and LogMax Supply Chain Solutions, which showcased their logistics and transportation services.
Beohemija, a manufacturer of detergents, fabric softeners, and household cleaning products, also presented its product portfolio, alongside Aleva, one of Serbia's leading producers of seasonings, soups, meal enhancers, and other food products.
Representing Serbia's metal and electrical engineering sector, Meter & Control showcased its smart energy solutions, including smart meters, communication devices, and software for energy network management. The Mihajlo Pupin Institute presented its achievements in information and communication technologies, artificial intelligence, and automation.

Representatives of the Development Agency of Serbia and the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in China also participated in the Shandong Province Business Forum, held within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative. The event highlighted opportunities for strengthening economic cooperation between Serbia and China and promoted the potential of the Serbian economy.
Opening New Business Opportunities
During the exhibition, the Serbian delegation held a series of meetings with representatives of leading Chinese companies and institutions to advance economic cooperation and create new business opportunities for Serbian companies.
Talks with COFCO focused on expanding the presence of Serbian food products in the Chinese market, while discussions with GTT (Sanya) explored opportunities to connect Serbian and Chinese companies and foster cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
At a meeting with Hainan Governor Liu Xiaoming, discussions centered on strengthening economic ties, expanding investment cooperation, and developing new joint projects. The Serbian delegation also met with representatives of Walmart China to discuss opportunities for integrating a larger number of Serbian companies into global supply chains, as well as increasing exports of Serbian premium products—particularly wines and high value-added food products—to the Chinese market.

This year's CISCE brought together more than 1,200 companies from around the world, including 676 direct exhibitors. During the event, more than 43,000 business matchmaking meetings were conducted among companies participating in global supply chains, reaffirming CISCE's position as one of the world's leading platforms for international business networking.
