Fine Stamping Serbia: Shaping the Future of Electric Mobility Together

Nov 10, 2025

The Fine Stamping factory, a Chinese investment worth nearly 50 million euros, officially opened today, bringing 150 new jobs in its first phase

Fine Stamping in Apatin will produce components such as rotors and stators — key parts of electric motors for next-generation vehicles

APATIN, November 10, 2025 – The opening ceremony of the Fine Stamping factory was attended by the President of the Provincial Government, Maja Gojković, the President of the Municipality of Apatin, Dubravka Korać, the Provincial Secretary for Economy and Tourism, Dr. Nenad Ivanišević, as well as representatives of the investor, the Chinese company Zhenyu Group.

The factory was built in a record time of one year and represents one of the largest investments in the West Bačka District in recent decades. It is a modern production facility for manufacturing motor cores for electric vehicles.

Zhenyu Group Director, Ning Jiang, emphasized that the opening of the factory is an example of successful cooperation between the two countries and thanked the Government of Serbia for its support in realizing this investment.

“We are opening a new chapter of success, innovation, and cooperation. Serbia is a good choice for us – we want to invest in technology, processes, and people,” said Jiang.

Addressing the attendees, the President of the Municipality of Apatin, Dubravka Korać, stated that the opening of the Fine Stamping factory confirms that Apatin has been recognized as a region capable of establishing successful, modern industrial production — with competent human resources, a local community open to development, and infrastructure ready to support advanced manufacturing.

The President of the Provincial Government, Maja Gojković, highlighted that this investment best demonstrates the “steel friendship” between Serbia and China and their shared economic vision for the future, based on innovation, sustainable development, and green technologies.

“Today, in Apatin, not only a new factory is opening, but also the doors to a future where electric mobility, innovation, and sustainable energy will form the foundation of progress. This project is of great significance for both Apatin and all of Serbia. It brings new jobs, opens opportunities for knowledge and technology transfer, strengthens our industrial base, and confirms that our province is a reliable region for business and investment,” Gojković emphasized.

Fine Stamping is a specialized company producing high-quality, precision laminations for electric motor cores, intended for a wide range of industrial and consumer applications. Each year, Fine Stamping provides motor cores for more than 300 million automobiles, generating an annual revenue of about 305 million euros.

Fine Stamping is part of Ningbo Zhenyu Technology Corporation, a leading manufacturer of electric motor components, with annual revenues of around 770 million euros and more than 6,000 employees across 12 factories in China. The company collaborates with global brands such as Tesla, Jaguar Land Rover, Bosch, Nidec, and ZF.
